Frequently Asked Questions
Is the $100 consultation refundable?
The CAD 100 consultation fee is deducted from your package when you continue with us. It is not refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment; other cases are set out in your contract.
Can I pay in several installments?
Absolutely ! Our packages are designed to be paid in stages, as your case progresses. You only pay for the next step when the previous one is completed.
What happens if my application is refused?
If refused, we analyze the reasons and propose an action plan. The terms for a new application are set out in your contract.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The prices shown cover our professional fees. You pay the following directly to the organizations concerned: IRCC government fees (processing, biometrics, right of permanent residence fee where applicable), language tests, educational credential assessment (ECA), medical exam, translations and school fees. The amount of each item and any applicable taxes are set out in your contract.
