Delete your account

You can ask at any time for your AMRI Consulting account to be deleted, with or without the app.
1. In the app
Open Settings, then "Delete my account", and confirm with your password.
2. Without the app
Write to contact@amricanada.com from your account's email address, with the subject "Account deletion". We confirm the request in writing.
3. What happens next
- Your access is closed immediately.
- Your information, documents and messages are deleted within 30 days.
- The signed contract and invoices, which the law requires us to keep, are archived with restricted access and destroyed at the end of the legal period (7 years).
- To cancel, write to us before the end of this 30-day period.
